At Whites Boots Shop, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure boots are tried on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing, as items showing signs of wear are ineligible for refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn boots back into their original box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
