How long does it take for my boots to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. For custom or made-to-order boots, please allow 4-6 weeks for our artisans to complete your pair.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn boots in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I find my correct size?
Our boots tend to run large compared to standard sneakers. We recommend sizing down by a half size, or consulting our detailed sizing guide and printable foot-measuring tool.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can my boots be resoled?
Absolutely. Our boots are constructed using traditional Goodyear welt or stitchdown methods, meaning they are fully rebuildable and can be resoled by any professional cobbler.
